Product introduction
The prefabricated substation (also known as European box substation) conforms to the GB/T17467-1998 standard and IEC1330 standard. It is flexible and convenient to install, with small loss, low noise, and strong resistance to short circuit and overload. It is applicable to commercial centers, residential areas, industrial and mining enterprises, hospitals, schools, airports, stations, ports, subways and other places. There are two types of layout: eye font (YBM) and pin font (YBP).

A. The substation structure is arranged in the form of "eye" or "product".
B. The shell material of the product is aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate, composite plate, glass fiber reinforced cement plate, etc.
C. The substation base is made of galvanized channel steel or cement, with strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength.
D. The top cover of the box adopts a double-layer structure with good heat insulation, radiation protection and ventilation effects.
E. Each room of the substation is separated from each other by iron plates, and each room is equipped with a lighting facility transformer top.
F. The part is equipped with automatic exhaust device to regulate the temperature of transformer room.

Equipment features
1. Advanced technology, safe and reliable
The box part adopts the current domestic leading technology and process, and the shell is generally made of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate
The frame is made of standard container materials and manufacturing technology, with good corrosion resistance and guaranteed to be free from corrosion for 20 years. The inner sealing plate is made of aluminum alloy gusset plate, the interlayer is made of fireproof and thermal insulation materials, and the box is installed with air conditioning and dehumidification devices. The equipment operation is not affected by the natural climate environment and external pollution, which can ensure the normal operation under the harsh environment of - 40 ℃~+40 ℃.
The primary equipment in the box adopts domestic technology leading equipment, such as unit vacuum switch cabinet, dry-type transformer, dry-type transformer, vacuum circuit breaker (spring operating mechanism), etc. The product has no exposed live parts and is fully insulated structure, which can fully achieve zero electric shock accident. The whole station can realize oil-free operation with high safety. The secondary equipment adopts microcomputer integrated automation system, which can realize unattended operation.
2. High degree of automation
Intelligent design of the whole station, the protection system adopts the substation microcomputer integrated automation device, which is installed in a decentralized manner, and can realize "four remotes", that is, remote sensing, remote signaling, remote control and remote adjustment. Each unit has independent operation functions, complete relay protection functions, remote setting of operation parameters, control of humidity and temperature in the box, and meet the requirements of unattended.
3. Factory prefabrication
During the design, as long as the designers make a design of the main wiring diagram and the equipment outside the box according to the actual requirements of the substation, they can choose to be provided by the manufacturer
The specification and model of the supplied box transformer, all the equipment are installed and debugged in the factory at one time, which truly realizes the industrialization of the substation construction and shortens the design and manufacturing cycle; On-site installation only requires box positioning, cable connection between boxes, outgoing cable connection, protection setting verification, transmission test and other work requiring commissioning. The entire substation only takes 5 to 8 days from installation to operation, greatly shortening the construction period.
4. Flexible combination
Due to its compact structure, each box forms an independent system, which makes the combination mode flexible and changeable. We can adopt the box type, that is, 35 kv and 10 kv equipment are installed in all boxes to form the whole European box substation; 35kv equipment can also be installed outdoors, and 10kv equipment and control and protection system can be installed inside the box. This combination method is especially suitable for the transformation of the old substation in the transformation of rural power grid, that is, the original 35kv equipment is not moved, and only one 10kv switch box can be installed to meet the unattended requirements.
