There are two types of dry type transformers, one is isolation transformer and the other is autotransformer. The isolation/autotransformer consists of cylindrical winding and laminated core, the core is made of high quality high silicon steel laminated by Taiwan Strong Steel with full oblique seams.

The winding adopts the method of layered winding by stripping the whole column. The whole machine is dipped in the secondary vacuum paint, and baked at 110℃ for 4 hours, so that the insulation level of the transformer reaches F or H level. Full-load temperature rise does not exceed 65℃, basically no noise and vibration phenomenon occurs.

Three-phase transformer, it has three core columns, each core column is wound with 2 coils of the same phase, one is the high voltage coil, the other is the low voltage coil. Three-phase transformer is a common transformer in power industry, which is a combination of 3 single-phase transformers of the same capacity.


1. Dry-type transformer manufacturing mainly consists of raw material inspection and storage, transformer assembly, coil manufacturing, total assembly, temperature control system production and commissioning of several major components. These parts are almost synchronized in the transformer manufacturing process.

The total assembly is carried out after the processing of each part is completed. First, raw materials, accessories, purchased parts into the warehouse including metal parts, high and low voltage copper conductors (copper foil), silicon steel sheet insulation parts, metal structural parts, ferrous metals, accessories, accessories inspection into the warehouse. Second, transformer parts manufacturing! 1、Iron core manufacturing, which includes silicon steel shear, silicon steel sheet pre-fold, core assembly, core tying and into the furnace drying, iron core test.
