Rated operation mode of best 400kva transformer:
(1) Under normal circumstances, the best 400kva transformer should operate in accordance with the specifications and cooling conditions specified on the nameplate;
(2) The allowable temperature of the best 400kva transformer in operation should be checked according to the upper oil temperature. The allowable value of the upper oil temperature should comply with the manufacturer's regulations, but the maximum should not exceed 90 ℃ (protection setting value). In order to prevent the oil quality of the best 400kva transformer from deteriorating too quickly, it is stipulated that the oil temperature of the upper layer should not exceed 85 ℃ frequently;
(3) The average temperature rise of the coil during the operation of the best 400kva transformer shall not exceed 100°C (during normal operation, the maximum ambient temperature shall not exceed 40°C). The fan automatically stops when the temperature is lower than 70°C during operation; the fan starts automatically when the temperature is 90°C; the over-temperature alarm occurs at 125°C, and the load should be transferred for cooling and ventilation;
(4) The applied primary voltage of a best 400kva transformer can be 5% higher than the rated value. No matter where the voltage tap is located, if the applied voltage does not exceed 105% of its corresponding rated value, the secondary side of the transformer can carry rated current.
