　　Product introduction

　　Combined transformer (also known as American box transformer) is equivalent to combined (box) substation. As an important power supply unit in the cabled distribution network, the product places the high-voltage load switch and high-voltage fuse in the box of the transformer. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, and the transformer oil in the tank has good insulation performance and heat dissipation performance.

　　The box-type transformer is a frame structure, which is welded with profile steel. The frame is covered with aluminum alloy plate and coated with a special paint layer, so that it has strong mechanical properties, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. When the combined (box-type) substation is of integral structure, the box is separated by steel plates into three relatively independent chambers, namely, high voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low voltage chamber. The lighting in each room will automatically shut down with the opening of the door.

　　The top of the combined (box) substation has an insulation layer. In high temperature and cold areas, the temperature in the box is easy to accumulate and change and condense, so the insulation layer around the box can be added. In order to stabilize the temperature in the box, the transformer room and low-voltage room are equipped with automatic temperature control devices.

　　Combined (box) substation can effectively prevent the invasion of small animals. The maintenance of transformer is carried out by a removable trolley. There are four corresponding lifting bolts that can be pulled out and pushed on both sides of the box base, and four supports with the same function are set on both sides of the roof eave, which can be lifted and transported as a whole.

　　Combined (box-type) substation is a complete set of outdoor and oil transformation and distribution equipment composed of high-voltage switchgear, power transformer and low-voltage switchgear. The product has the characteristics of strong complete set, small floor area, small investment, convenient installation and maintenance, beautiful appearance and strong weather resistance.

　　It is widely used in high-rise buildings, residential quarters, mines, oil fields, public power distribution, stations, wharves and other enterprises and public institutions as well as in the transformation and distribution of temporary electric fields.
