ZGS11 125kva 10kv American Box Type Combined Current Transformer Substation

Box type transformer: equivalent to combined (box type) substation. The box type transformer is of frame structure, welded with section steel, and coated with aluminum alloy plate and special paint layer to make it have strong mechanical properties, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. When the combined (box type) substation is an integral structure, the box is divided into three relatively independent chambers with steel plates, namely, high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber. The lighting of each room will be automatically shut down with the opening of the door. The top of the combined (box type) substation is provided with a thermal insulation layer. In high temperature and cold regions, the temperature in the box is easy to accumulate and change and condense, so the thermal insulation layer around the box can be added. In order to stabilize the temperature in the box, the transformer room and low-voltage room are equipped with automatic temperature control devices.

Product Description

Combined transformer (also known as American box change), as an important power supply unit in the cable distribution network, the product puts the high-voltage load switch and high-voltage fuse in the cabinet of the transformer. The fuel tank adopts a fully sealed structure, and the transformer oil in the box has good insulation performance and heat dissipation performance. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, safety and reliability, and beautiful appearance. Widely used in urban, residential quarters, hotels, hospitals, factories, mines, oil stations, airports, railways, terminals and other outdoor power supply sites.

Small Size And Compact Structure

The floor space is only 1/3-1/5 of the domestically produced box with the same capacity. Fully sealed, fully insulated structure, no insulation distance. Excellent performance, safe and reliable, low loss, low noise.

Good Heat Dissipation Performance

The transformer adopts the corrugated sheet to dissipate heat. After special processing, it has strong anti-corrosion ability and various shapes and structures. It can be made of ordinary steel plate and stainless steel.

Good Compatibility

The high-voltage incoming line adopts cable plug, which can be equipped with zinc oxide arrester to meet various low-voltage feeding requirements. According to user requirements, low-voltage metering and shunting can be added.

Strong Overload Capacity

S11 type transformer, the product is divided into three parts: main high pressure chamber, low pressure chamber and transformer. It is conventionally arranged in "good" type, and the high pressure side adopts V type or T type load switch plus two-stage fuse. The protection can be used for the ring network and for the terminal, and the power supply mode is flexible and reliable.
