Daily inspection of 50kva transformers:
1. Check whether the oil level and oil color of the oil pillow and oil-filled casing are normal, and whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage in the body and casing.
2. Check whether the oil temperature of the upper layer of the 50kva transformer is normal according to the instructions of the thermometer. (It should be compared with the previous data according to the current load situation, ambient temperature and the input of the cooling device. For example, if the upper oil temperature is too high, it may be that the cooling device is not operating normally, or there may be a fault inside the 50kva transformer)
3. Check whether the sound of the 50kva transformer is normal. (When the 50kva transformer is in normal operation, there is a uniform "humming" sound inside. If there is a crackling discharge sound, there is poor contact or breakdown between the winding insulation. If the sound is uneven, check whether the system is abnormal or not. Whether there is a sudden increase in the load)

4. Check the porcelain casing, it should be clean and free of damage, cracks and spark discharge.
5. Check the operation of the cooler.
6. Check whether the contact of the lead connector is good, and the contact point of the connector should not exceed 70 degrees after the infrared temperature measurement test.
7. Check the respirator, the oil seal should be normal, the breathing should be smooth, and the deliquescence and discoloration of the silica gel should not exceed half of the total.
8. Check whether the pressure reducing device of the 50kva transformer is in good condition and whether there is any action.
9. Check the connection valve between the gas relay and the oil pillow, it should be opened, there is no gas in the gas relay and it is full of oil. Be careful not to touch the probe, otherwise it will cause an accident.
10. Check the 50kva transformer core grounding wire and the outer casing grounding wire, they should be in good condition.
