Allowable overload operation mode of 400kva transformer
(1) The 400kva transformer can operate under normal overload and accident overload conditions;
(2) The allowable value of normal overload should be determined according to the load curve of the 400kva transformer, the temperature of the cooling medium and the load carried by the transformer before overload;
(3) The maximum overload value of the oil-immersed self-cooling transformer should not exceed 30% of the rated capacity of the transformer, and the temperature should not exceed 90 °C;

(4) When the 400kva transformer has major defects (for example: abnormal cooling system, serious oil leakage, abnormal chromatographic analysis, etc.), overload operation is not allowed;
(5) Transformers that often run at full load should not be overloaded;
(6) During overload operation, all cooling devices should be put into operation;
(7) Accident overload is only allowed to be used in an accident situation. After the accident overload, the transformer should be comprehensively inspected and the size and duration of the accident overload should be recorded in the technical file of the transformer.
